Driven Athletics all-star team pyramid

Competitive Cheer

All Star
competitive cheer.

A co-ed team sport combining the athletic skills of gymnastics, dance and acrobatics — grouped by age and skill under USASF standards, competing December through May.

01  The Sport

More than cheer.
It's a discipline.

All-star cheer blends power tumbling, precision stunting and high-energy choreography into a two-and-a-half minute routine performed at the highest level.

Teams are built by age and skill, train year-round, and compete across the Southeast — chasing clean hits, big scores and a shot at the season's biggest stages.

The Driven Difference

Everyone
makes a team.

No cuts. No traditional tryouts. Our coaches evaluate tumbling, stunting and jumps to place each athlete where they'll be safest, most confident, and have the greatest opportunity to succeed.

02  Levels

Three ways to race.

01

Novice

The introductory level for our newest athletes. Tiny Novice teams practice 45 minutes to 1.5 hours weekly and attend 3–4 one-day competitions — earning ratings rather than placements, with all the fun and none of the pressure.

45min–1.5hr / week3–4 competitions
02

Prep

An intermediate level for athletes with little or no experience. Teams practice 2–4 hours weekly and attend 3–4 one-day competitions — a perfect on-ramp to the competitive season.

2–4 hrs / week3–4 competitions
03

Elite

For experienced athletes with advanced tumbling. Levels 1–6 train 3–6 hours weekly and compete in 6–7 events across the season — the full all-star experience, chasing bids and banners.

Levels 1–63–6 hrs / week6–7 competitions

03  2026 Season
